Ingredients

  • 4 (175g each) Coles Responsibly Sourced* Australian Barramundi Fillets Skin On
  • 1 tbs Cajun seasoning
  • 8 Coles Soft White Wraps
  • 1/4 cup (75g) Coles Peri Peri Mayonnaise
  • 350g pkt Coles Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Kit

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cut fish in half lengthways to make 8 long fillets. Sprinkle with seasoning. Heat a greased large frying pan over high heat. Cook fish for 2-3 mins each side or until golden and cooked through.

  2. Step 2

    Place wraps on a microwave-safe plate. Heat in the microwave on high for 30 sec or until warm.

  3. Step 3

    Place wraps on serving plates and spread with the mayonnaise. Top with salad mix and almonds from the salad kit, reserving the dressing for another use. Top with fish and roll up to enclose.
