Ready to bake in just 10 minutes, this spiced peach cobbler is an easy and delicious way to finish any meal. Simply serve with ice cream and enjoy!

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup (160g) self-rising flour
  • 1 cup (220g) brown sugar
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk
  • 2 cups Coles Brand Peach Slices
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced).
  2. Step 2

    Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Pour butter into a 20cm round (base measurement) cake pan.
  3. Step 3

    Mix the flour, half the sugar and the milk in a large bowl until well combined. Pour flour mixture over the butter in the cake pan.
  4. Step 4

    Toss the peach with the remaining sugar, cinnamon, ginger and 2 tbs of hot water.
  5. Step 5

    Arrange peach mixture evenly over the flour mixture.
  6. Step 6

    Bake for 30-40 mins or until the crust turns golden brown.
  7. Step 7

    Allow to rest in a warm place for 10 mins before serving with cream or ice-cream.
