  • 2 large pizza bases
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) arrabbiata pasta sauce
  • 4 Coles Finest Australian Beef Garlic & Parsley Sausages, casings removed
  • 2 cups (240g) shredded pizza cheese
  • 60g pkt Coles Australian Baby Rocket

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Place 2 large baking trays in the oven to heat.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, spread pizza bases with sauce. Shape sausage into small balls. Place on pizzas. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Step 3

    Carefully transfer pizzas to the hot trays. Bake for 20 mins or until golden and sausage is cooked through. Sprinkle with rocket and serve immediately. 

Recipe tip

Clever storage: Freeze any leftover arrabbiata sauce in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge and add to soups and casseroles for a hit of tomato flavour.
