Spinach hommus


  • 400g can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 2 tbs tahini
  • 120g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach
  • 1 garlic clove, quartered
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lime juice
  • 1 long green chilli, seeded, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Coles Classic Olive Oil

  1. Step 1

    Place the chickpeas, tahini, spinach, garlic, lime juice, chilli, if using, cumin, paprika and oil in a food processor and process until smooth and well combined. Season.
