Ingredients

  • 4 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
  • 4 Coles Lamb Rump Steaks
  • 1 tbs lemon pepper seasoning
  • 265g pkt Coles Kitchen Caesar Salad Kit
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook eggs in a saucepan of boiling water for 6-7 mins for semi-soft yolks or until cooked to your liking. Refresh under cold water. Peel and cut in half.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat a barbecue grill or chargrill on medium. Spray the lamb with olive oil spray and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook for 2-3 mins each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil and set aside for 5 mins to rest. Thinly slice.
  3. Step 3

    Prepare salad kit in a bowl following packet directions. Arrange on a serving platter with the lamb, egg and radish.
