Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Spray steak with olive oil spray. Season. Cook steak for 3 mins each side for medium-rare or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil and set aside for 5 mins to rest.
Place the gnocchi in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 5 mins or until heated through.
Drain. Spray baby broccoli with olive oil spray and cook on the grill, turning, for 3 mins or until tender. Place a greased non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi and cook, tossing, for 4-6 mins or until golden.
Arrange the spinach and rocket on a serving platter. Top with the gnocchi, baby broccoli and half the vinaigrette. Slice the steak and arrange over gnocchi. Serve with the remaining vinaigrette.
