  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 400g pkt Coles Kitchen Steakhouse Style Salad Kit

  1. Step 1

    Heat a chargrill or barbecue grill on medium-high. Drizzle steaks with oil and season. Cook the steaks for 3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Loosely cover with foil and set aside for 5 mins to rest.

    Meanwhile, assemble the salad kit following packet directions.

    Thinly slice the steak. Arrange over the salad to serve.
