  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 4 even-sized Coles Australian Carisma Washed Potatoes
  • Unsalted butter, sliced, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Combine the salt and rosemary in a small bowl. Cut each potato in half. Sprinkle the salt mixture evenly over the cut-side of each potato half.

  2. Step 2

    Place the potato halves, cut-sides down, on the lined tray. Roast for 1 hour or until the potato is golden brown and tender.

  3. Step 3

    Transfer to a serving platter. Use a sharp knife to cut a slit in each potato half and insert a slice of butter. Set aside for 1 min or until the butter melts. Serve immediately.
