Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Combine the salt and rosemary in a small bowl. Cut each potato in half. Sprinkle the salt mixture evenly over the cut-side of each potato half.
Place the potato halves, cut-sides down, on the lined tray. Roast for 1 hour or until the potato is golden brown and tender.
