I'm going to show you a great little party hand-around snack and the other thing that's great is that this can really be done by a five or six year old child and it requires these beautiful Perino cherry tomatoes, whichever colour, and the very smallest fresh mozzarella, which are usually sold as milk cherries, sometimes bocconcini and of course fresh basil leaves. A perfect combination, tomato and basil and mozzarella. And we're going to put them on bamboo skewers which are about this long. So away I go. One tomato, one basil leaf, easy to double over the basil leaf, one little bocconcini, another tomato, another basil leaf, another bocconcini, the last tomato. That's as simple as that and when they're all assembled, I put a little bit of olive oil over the tomato skewer and a tiny bit of pepper. And even a tiny little bit of sea salt. So that is a beautiful little hand-around snack at a party.
