These quick and easy Caprese-inspired party sticks are a crowd-pleasing finger food that look and taste great.

  • 24 red or yellow Perino tomatoes
  • 16 small basil leaves
  • 16 cherry bocconcini
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Thread 1 tomato, 1 basil leaf and 1 bocconcini onto a bamboo skewer. Repeat layering once, finishing with a tomato.
  2. Step 2

    Repeat with the remaining tomatoes, basil leaves and bocconcini to make 8 skewers.
  3. Step 3

    Arrange skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle with oil and season to serve.
