We love a Sticky chicken recipe. With a zesty orange flavour this will be irresistible.

Sticky orange chicken


  • ¼ cup (85g) orange marmalade
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 8 Coles RSPCA Approved Chicken Thigh Fillets
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 4 parsnips, peeled, quartered lengthways
  • 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
  • ⅔ cup (160ml) chicken stock
  • Steamed rice, to serve
  • Steamed green beans, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Step 2

    Combine marmalade, soy sauce, mustard, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Place orange, parsnip and onion in large roasting pan. Pour over stock. Top with chicken. Cover and bake for 30 mins. Uncover and bake for a further 20 mins or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  3. Step 3

    Divide rice among serving plates. Top with chicken and orange mixture and serve with beans.
