Ingredients

  • 500g Coles Classic French Fries
  • 2 x 230g pkts Coles Nature’s Kitchen Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burgers
  • 4 Coles Simply Hamburger Rolls, split, toasted
  • 200g beetroot hommus
  • 2 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 210°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the chips in a single layer on the lined tray. Bake, turning halfway through cooking, for 20 mins or until golden.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spray burgers with olive oil spray and cook for 3-4 mins each side or until golden and heated through.

  3. Step 3

    Divide roll bases among plates and spread with hommus. Top with lettuce, burgers and roll tops. Serve with fries.
