Tandoori chicken pizza recipe

Two of the world’s favourite dishes – tandoori chicken and pizza – come together in a must-try recipe that’s also a breeze to prepare. The combination of Indian and Italian flavours makes this chicken tandoori pizza a unique fusion that takes regular pizza nights to tasty new heights.

How to make tandoori pizza

First coat the sliced chicken in yoghurt and tandoori paste. Slicing the chicken allows the flavours of the marinade to work into the meat and also helps to cook the chicken faster. The yoghurt helps to tenderise the meat and the paste gives it that unmistakable spiced flavour. Using Coles crispy pizza bases is convenient and will have this dish on the table in a flash, but if you have more time up your sleeve, feel free to make your own pizza base. Greens are always a great side to pizza, so you could also whip up Curtis Stone's green core salad with salsa verde to complement the spices in the tandoori chicken pizza.
