Served with a crunchy Brussels sprouts slaw and steamed rice, these teriyaki steaks are full of flavour. Simply top with fresh lime and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs peanut oil
  • 4 x 200g Coles Australian Beef Rump Steaks
  • ⅓ cup (80ml) teriyaki sauce
  • 500g Brussels sprouts, finely shredded
  • 200g Coles Australian Beetroot Slaw
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Asian-style dressing
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • steamed jasmine rice, to serve
  • lime wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Season the steaks and cook for 2 mins each side or until browned. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for 2 mins or until sauce thickens and coats the steaks. Transfer to a plate. Set aside, covered, for 5 mins to rest.
  2. Step 2

    Combine the brussels sprouts, beetroot slaw and dressing in a bowl.
  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle the steaks with sesame seeds. Serve steaks with slaw, rice and lime wedges.
