Ingredients

  • 145g Coles Antipasto Mix
  • 150g Coles Mediterranean Olives
  • 200g Coles Beetroot Dip
  • 200g Coles Avocado Dip
  • 1/2 cup (90g) pickled baby cucumbers
  • 6 slices hot soppressa salami
  • 100g shaved honey leg ham
  • 200g Coles Triple Brie
  • 125g Coles Camembert
  • 150g Coles Finest Vintage British Cheddar
  • 150g Coles Deli Baby Peppers Stuffed with Fetta
  • 1/2 bunch baby carrots
  • 1/2 bunch radishes
  • 1/2 Coles Bakery Pane Di Casa Baguettes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 x 125g pkt Coles Cracked Pepper Water Crackers
  • 1/2 x 125g pkt grissini

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the antipasto mix, olives, beetroot dip, avocado dip and cucumbers in separate serving bowls. Arrange on a large serving platter with the salami, ham, brie, camembert, cheddar, peppers, carrots, radishes, bread, crackers and grissini. Serve.
