Filled with goodies, this easy green smoothie is the perfect snack. Fill up on feel good ingredients and try out this simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, stoned, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 60g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups (500ml) chilled coconut water
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 lime, zested, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp Coles Black Chia

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the avocado, spinach, cucumber, apple, coconut water, ginger, lime and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Pour the mixture evenly among serving glasses. Sprinkle evenly with the lime zest, pepitas and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
