  • 1 nori sheet
  • ¼ avocado, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 small carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • ¼ cup (40g) cooked sushi rice
  • 1 slice smoked salmon, torn
  • Soy sauce, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Use a pair of scissors to cut nori sheet from the middle halfway to the centre. Top each quarter with avocado, carrot, rice and salmon. Fold each quarter over the other to make a smaller square shape. Serve with soy sauce.
