Place a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the sausage, stirring with a wooden spoon to break into lumps, for 5-6 mins or until browned. Add the tomato and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until tomato just softens. Stir in garlic.
Meanwhile, cook ravioli in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain well.
Add the ravioli to sausage mixture and toss to coat. Tear two-thirds of the basil and stir into ravioli mixture. Divide among serving bowls and sprinkle with the remaining basil.
