A cup of tropical mango and almond smoothie


  • 1/4 cup (40g) natural almonds
  • 1 tbs Scoop & Weigh Tropical Superfood Powder
  • 200g chopped fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut water
  • 1/4 cup (70g) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbs Scoop & Weigh Coco-Nut Blend
  • Chopped mango, extra, to serve
  • Passionfruit pulp, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Place the almonds, superfood powder, mango, coconut water, yoghurt and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Step 2

    Pour the smoothie into a serving glass and top with the Coco-Nut Blend, extra mango and passionfruit to serve.
