  • Coles Bakery Kaiser or Ciabatta rolls*
  • 2 x 95g cans Coles Yellowfin Tuna Chunks in Springwater, drained
  • 2 x Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 x Celery stick, finely chopped
  • 1 x Tbsp chopped chives
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • Small Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • Small carrot, peeled into ribbons

  1. Step 1

    Use a serrated knife to cut the top from each roll. Hollow out the inside of each roll, leaving a 1cm-thick shell.
  2. Step 2

    Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery and chives in a small bowl. Divide the lettuce among roll bases and top evenly with tuna mixture. Season. Top with cucumber, carrot and roll tops.
