  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, mashed
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 12 Arnott’s Vita-Weat Crispbread
  • 80g shaved turkey breast from the deli
  • 3 Coles Australian Baby Cucumbers, cut into ribbons
  • 2 baby cos lettuce leaves, torn
