  • 500g pkt K-ROO kangaroo burger
  • 4 cheddar slices
  • 4 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
  • 4 wholemeal or multigrain burger buns, split, toasted
  • ⅓ cup (100g) low-fat mayonnaise
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves
  • 8 drained canned beetroot slices
  • ⅓ cup (95g) tomato chutney

  1. Step 1

    Heat a large frying pan or barbecue flat plate over medium-high heat. Spray patties with olive oil spray and cook for 4-5 mins. Turn the patties and top with cheddar. Cook for a further 4-5 mins or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

    Cook the eggs in the pan or on the barbecue flat plate until cooked to your liking. Season.
  3. Step 3

    Spread the bun bases evenly with the mayonnaise. Top with the lettuce, beetroot, patties, egg and tomato chutney. Finish with the bun tops.
