Warm up from the inside out with this decadent, upside-down hot chocolate - it's the ultimate sweet treat!

Upside-down hot chocolate


  • 300ml thickened cream
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Baileys Irish cream (optional)
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs icing sugar
  • 4 cups (1L) milk
  • 200g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbs Coles Choc Fudge Sprinkles

  1. Step 1

    Combine the cream, Baileys, if using, cocoa powder and icing sugar in a bowl. Use an electric mixer to whisk until soft peaks form. Set aside.

    Combine the milk and white chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir for 5 mins or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through.
  3. Step 3

    Pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs. Top with the cream mixture and sprinkles. Serve immediately.
