Vodka martini

Looking for an elegant drink to make for cocktail hour? Try this vodka martini recipe, served with lemon peel, and of course, olive skewers.

  • 90ml chilled vodka
  • 30ml chilled dry vermouth
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • Lemon peel, to serve
  • Olive skewers, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the vodka, vermouth and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until combined and well chilled.

  2. Step 2

    Add lemon peel to chilled serving glasses. Strain the vodka mixture into the glasses. Top with an olive skewer and serve immediately.
