  • 2 x 630g pkts Coles Finest Indulgent Mirror Glaze Mousse Raspberry, Vanilla & Belgian White Chocolate
  • 250g tub Coles Finest Australian Vanilla Bean Cream

BOOZY BERRIES

  • 250g strawberries, halved
  • 125g raspberries
  • 125g blackberries
  • 125g blueberries
  • 1 tbs icing sugar mixture
  • 2 tbs Cointreau liqueur or orange juice

Method

  1. Step 1

    To make the boozy berries, combine the strawberry, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, icing sugar and liqueur or orange juice in a medium bowl. Set aside for 10 mins or until berries release their juices.
  2. Step 2

    Place mousse dessert on a platter. Serve with cream and boozy berries.
