Try this juicy tip for succulent BBQ'd lamb.

1. Coat in oil

To stop the meat sticking on the BBQ, coat the lamb in oil before cooking.

2. Rub with a BBQ spice rub

For maximum flavour, rub the lamb with a BBQ spice rub – try a mix of paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper.
