Curtis Stone's BBQ pineapple tips

1. Cut pineapple

Cut pineapple into pieces or thin wedges – small pieces make grilling quicker.

2. Prepare your pineapple for cooking

Brush with a little melted butter or sprinkle over some brown sugar for extra sweetness and caramelisation.

3. Cook on a grill

BBQ for 1-2 mins or until char marks appear. Serve with ice cream or caramel sauce for an easy, indulgent dessert.
