Combine finely chopped spring onion, finely chopped ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil with Coles Australian Pork Mince in a bowl. Fill wonton wrappers with the mince mixture, then fold and pinch to seal. Steam the dumplings until cooked through and serve with chilli oil or chilli sauce.

Pork mince hommus 

Cook Coles Australian Pork Mince in a frying pan over high heat with a little oil until the mince changes colour and is crisp. Season with smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander and a pinch of salt. Place hommus dip in a serving bowl. Top with mince mixture, chopped chives, chopped coriander and sliced jalapeño chilli. Serve with corn chips.
