Create a soup base

For an Asian-style broth, add aromatics such as ginger, lemongrass, sesame oil and a little soy sauce. Simmer the stock for about 10 mins to develop the flavours, then add extras such as noodles and shredded chicken. 

Whip up a gravy

Make a risotto

Add to a curry sauce

Freeze it 

Once opened, stock can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Make it last even longer by freezing in ice cube trays or an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before using, or add cubes straight from frozen into your cooking.
