Ingredients
- 12 slices Coles Deli Italian Style Salami
- 8 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
- 1 tbs thickened cream
- 1/3 cup (40g) coarsely grated tasty cheddar
- Finely chopped red onion, to serve
- Finely chopped flat-leaf parsley, to serve
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Line the base and side of four 1/2-cup (125ml) ovenproof ramekins with salami. Whisk 4 eggs and the cream in a large bowl until combined. Pour the egg mixture evenly among the salami cups. Crack the remaining eggs into the salami cups. Sprinkle with cheddar. Bake for 20-25 mins or until the egg is just set.
STEP 2
Sprinkle with the onion and parsley to serve.
