Rapid is a Click&Collect immediacy service where customers will now be able to select from a greater number of collection windows and collect their orders < 90min.

The minimum spend for Rapid is $30.

You may purchase a maximum of 40 items per Rapid order.

You can select a Rapid window the same way you currently select a Click&Collect window. Simply create an account or log in and add your items to your shopping cart. Select Click&Collect as your delivery method, choose a store from the list and then select the red Rapid window. Follow the checkout process and complete your order. Please note, Rapid is currently only available in select stores.

You will receive an email and SMS to the contact details associated with your account when your order is ready for collection.

You will be able to purchase from the full SKU range, as well as Hot Food (e.g. Roast Chicken), Tobacco & Deli items. Liquor and Deli platters cannot be purchased through Rapid.

There is a $5 collection fee for all Rapid orders.

Due to the fast nature of the Click&Collect Rapid service, you cannot modify or cancel a Click&Collect Rapid order at any time after placing the order and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
