Sticky chicken kebabs with noodle stir-fry

Served with a tasty noodle stir-fry, these sticky chicken kebabs are a simple way to feed the family.

Ingredients

  • 750g pkt Coles RSPCA Approved Chicken Kebabs Honey & Soy
  • 400g pkt Coles Asia Hokkien Noodles
  • 550g pkt Coles Kitchen Ready to Stir-Fry Teriyaki Mix
  • 2 cups (110g) bean sprouts
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Method

STEP 1

Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill over medium. Cook the kebabs for 7-8 mins each side or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.

STEP 2

Meanwhile, cook the noodles following packet directions. Drain. Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the veggies and sauce sachet from the teriyaki mix. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins or until heated through. Add noodles to the wok or pan with half the bean sprouts and half the coriander. Toss to combine. 

STEP 3

Divide kebabs and noodle mixture among serving plates. Top with the remaining bean sprouts and coriander to serve.
