How to shop online with Coles in 5 easy steps
Step 1. Create your account
We'll need your name, date of birth, address, email, and password to set up your account securely.
Step 2. Choose how you get your groceries
You can have your groceries delivered to your door or arrange a convenient time to pick your order up using Click&Collect. Deliveries start at $2, and you choose a slot at a time and a price that suits you. Same day deliveries and remote deliveries are available, subject to location.
Step 3. Add items to your trolley
You might want to start by taking a look at what's on special. Know what you're looking for? Search for an item and we'll show you what's available. If you've seen it in-store, we should have it online. Think you've forgotten something? Browse our categories.
Step 4. Go to the Checkout
In the Substitutions section, let us know what to do if something you've chosen isn't in stock - we offer lots of options. Choose your packing preference. Then just enter your payment details - you can use a credit or debit card - or pay with PayPal. We'll remember your preferences so that the next time you shop with us, checkout will be even faster.
Step 5. Need to make a change?
No problem. We'll let you know when you check out how long you've got until your order is locked in. Until then, feel free to modify – just remember you’ll need to go through checkout again.
