It’s important because it means you have a balanced lifestyle of work, play, relaxation & nutrition
Q: What's your best healthy food tip?
I have a major sweet tooth, so I add honey to my peppermint tea after I eat to complete my meal whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. A top tip would also be to keep nuts in your car, as when you get peckish or bored because the traffic is bad you can munch away on something healthier rather than look for the nearest unhealthy snack!

We’re on our feet all day every day, so it’s so important that we roll them out.
Grab anything as simple as a deodorant can, place it on the ground, and roll your feet over it to really roll out those muscles in your feet. Make sure you look after your tootsies.
