It means I have time to get outdoors, to fuel my mind & body in a way that allows me to achieve my potential & be able to fulfil my ambitions & objectives.
Q: Why do you think it's important to lead a healthy lifetyle?
It’s important because it means you have a balanced lifestyle of work, play, relaxation & nutrition.
Q: What's your best healthy food tip?
I have a major sweet tooth, so I add honey to my peppermint tea after I eat to complete my meal whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. A top tip would also be to keep nuts in your car, as when you get peckish or bored because the traffic is bad you can munch away on something healthier rather than look for the nearest unhealthy snack!
