Meet the coles&co editor Lisa Hudson

Lisa Hudson is a leading food and wine publisher. With more than 20 years at the helm of some of Australia’s best-read food and drink titles, Lisa will ensure customers have useful information at their fingertips that will help them feed their families on a budget, stay healthy and entertain loved ones at special times of the year.

Lisa spent almost five years as the Head of Qantas Wine, the food and wine community for Frequent Flyers, and was the General Manager of Food and Wine at Fairfax Media, where she was responsible for the editorial content and growth of Good Food and Epicure, and the Good Food Guides.

She co-edited The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide for three years and has reviewed restaurants for Gourmet Traveller. She was a member of Tourism Australia’s Food and Wine Advisory Panel, and co-authored a cookbook (Luke Mangan’s “BLD”). Her experience in lifestyle content also saw her become CEO and Publisher of Fairfax Magazines, including Good Weekend and Sunday Life.

An article in Epicure/Good Food in October named her as someone who has “helped shape the way we eat and drink today".

Coles Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Ronson said she was excited to see the direction Lisa will take coles&co, with more relevant and entertaining content informed by her extensive experience in the food and wine industry.
