Modify your order or slot
Important: Before you modify your order, or your delivery or Cick&Collect slot
You have 2 hours to modify your order or slot time, and check out again within the modify order cut-off time to make sure your new order goes through.
Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
As long as your order not a Rapid delivery, you can modify your delivery slot
As long your order is not a Click&Collect Rapid order, you can modify your Click&Collect slot
Coles will only charge you once for your order
Step 1.
After placing an order, you’ll be taken to an order confirmation screen.
Under Need to make some changes? First check the modify order cut-off time.
Check you still have time left before you select Modify order.
You usually have 2 hours to make your changes and check out again
to save your new order before the cut-off time.
Step 2.
You’ll be taken to your trolley where you can make changes to your order.
Step 3.
Once you've made your changes, you must check out again for your changes to be saved and your new order to go through.
Prices, specials, Flybuys points and the total order price are re-calculated at the time of your new check out.

Step 1.
Select Account then Orders from the drop down.
Step 2.
Choose the Active orders tab. Select your order and note the modify order cut-off time. Check you still have time left before you select Modify order.
From here, you can also modify from the Order details screen.
Step 3.
Once you've made your changes, you must check out again for your changes to be saved and your new order to go through.
Your specials and the total order price are re-calculated at the time of your new check out.
