Tropical fruit platter

Our tropical fruit platter is next-level tasty. Serve this sweet feast with passionfruit yoghurt for even more goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, cheeks removed
  • 1 small pineapple, peeled, thinly sliced crossways
  • 1/2 pawpaw or papaya, seeded, peeled, cut into wedges
  • 1 star fruit, thinly sliced
  • 3 small bananas, peeled, halved lengthways
  • 4 passionfruit, halved
  • 100g fresh lychees, peeled, or 100g drained canned lychees
  • Passionfruit-flavoured yoghurt, to serve

Method

STEP 1

Use a small sharp knife to score the cut side of each mango cheek (don’t cut all the way through).

STEP 2

Arrange mango, pineapple, pawpaw or papaya, star fruit, banana, passionfruit, lychees and yoghurt on a serving platter

Serve with mint sprigs.
