  • 1 mango, cheeks removed
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, thinly sliced crossways
  • 1/2 papaya, seeded, peeled, cut into wedges
  • 1 star fruit, thinly sliced
  • 3 bananas, peeled, halved lengthways
  • 4 passionfruit, halved
  • 100g fresh lychees, peeled
  • Passionfruit-flavoured yoghurt, to serve

  2. Step 2
