At Coles, we respect the privacy of your Personal Information in our care. Personal Information means information which identifies you as an individual or from which you can be reasonably identified. Your personal information is managed in accordance with the Coles privacy policy at www.coles.com.au/privacy, which applies to all Coles group companies and divisions including Supermarkets (Coles Supermarkets, Coles Gift Cards, Coles Online, Coles Financial Services, Coles Local), Coles Liquor (Liquorland, First Choice, Vintage Cellars, First Choice Liquor Market, and Spirit Hotels), and Coles Convenience (Coles Express).  This Privacy Policy relates to Personal Information we collect and handle about you as our customers, visitors to our website, users of Coles group apps, social media, and other digital services and members of the public. Open Banking & Consumer Data Right (CDR)

Open Banking is a service where you can ask for your data to be shared with other financial institutions and accredited third parties. You can authorise the sharing of your credit card information with Accredited Data Recipients (ADRs), making it easier for you to manage, compare and switch products and services. It is governed by legislation called Consumer Data Right (CDR). Please refer to our CDR Policy for Coles Credit Cards for details.

Data Privacy on the Coles Credit Cards App

How does the Coles Credit Cards App use your data:
The Coles Credit Cards App only requests and leverages data that is solely needed to access your Online login via the app.​ Any features used by the app (Face ID® / Touch ID® (iOS), fingerprint (Android) authentication, Push notifications, enhanced security) are secured against your online login based on your permission & authentication.​

How can the Coles Credit Cards App features be discontinued:

For your security, all Coles Credit Cards App feature enrolments can only be enabled on a single device at any given time.​

These settings are automatically transferred to the new device, when you install and authenticate yourself on Coles Credit Cards App on a new device.​

To discontinue usage of the Coles Credit Cards App you can uninstall the app. Please note, by uninstalling the Coles Credit Cards App you are not removing or disabling your Coles Online access. You can still log in to your account via the website.

​​How to change or discontinue your Coles Credit Cards App access:

​To discontinue usage of the Coles Credit Cards App you will need to first uninstall the app and then contact us to delete your customer profile. You can get in touch with us by calling  1300 306 397 OR +61 2 8288 2890 if you are calling from overseas. Alternatively, you can click the Chat tab once you log into the Online Service Centre between 8am and 7pm, everyday. Please note that uninstalling the Coles Credit Cards App will not remove or disable your Coles Online access.​​
